Hi Kathy , thank you for the friendship, sometimes when you feel the least hearted for someone it takes constructive criticism to plunge ahead to be a leader, finding faults that others precieve in someone makes it easier to change, helps to grow in business as well as in life, you keep up the fight Kathy cuz i know in my heart theres a leader in there somewhere lol.
