First of all Congratulations on being involved in this wonderful industry. You are definitely ahead of the curve..........or are you?

What information about your opportunity are you missing that may be setting you up for failure?

Let me also state this. I'm not about bashing anyone's company. But the truth is the truth is the truth.

The landscape of MLM has changed. It's full of company's that look good on the surface, but are as scamming as a chain letter. So you had better be aware of what to look for in a company and if you are in company, what you are offering to your potential downline.

So what is this information?

We call it "The 5 Pillars of Success". If you don't have all of these in your opportunity, you not going to find any lasting success.

The 5 Pillars ensure your success in network marketing. They empower you to educate not only yourself but your downline.

So what are the 5 Pillars?

I'll give you #1, because I could go all day long.

1. Company Management Experience, With Integrity.- Your company's management team must have at some time in their life built a successful downline in MLM. If they've come straight from the corporate world, it's pretty certain they don't even know how to spell M-L-M.

If the policies and procedures for the opportunity are a mile long.....well that just means there's more ways to steal your check. Look for terms such as "Ongoing Sales" or "Ongoing Training".

If you're always required to sell or train, when do you get to retire to the good life? And of course there is the "Involuntary Termination" clause to watch out for too. (You Build it , We Take it!)

It's just common sense folks. If they say they can take your check at any time....Run the other way!

Here's an easy tip to help you. Just type in the name of your company's head honcho into Google followed by the word "scam".

If they've had any unethical dealings in the network marketing world, it will show up for you here.

I won't get into all the other pillars,but here they are.

2. Timing in the Industry and Timing in the Company-(Hint-99% of New Prelaunch companies don't last, Avoid them.)

3. A Remarkable Product-("I'm Selling 8 Tracks!!"..Yeah right)

4. The Compensation Plan- ( 95% of your downline are going to be Part timers, they need a plan that pays them fairly on retailing and doesn't drive recruiting.)

5. A Duplicatable Sytem of Training- (I'm not talking about the company's replicatable website, You need a site with an Action Plan,Training calls, and upline availability.)

So there you have it.

The 5 Pillars.
