I am utterly amazed at the audacity of the United Nations to think they have the right to tell people what they can or cannot say! It boggles the mind what the United Nations and the Muslim countries therein are suggesting. What I am seeing in the last few years is something I never thought I would see in my lifetime. Everything is moving to destruction with such rapidity. I fear for the next generation.
If it becomes illegal for the world to criticize Islam, does that mean the Muslims will stop blaspheming the Jews and stop calling them monkeys and pigs? Does it mean that the Muslims will stop blaspheming the Christians and stop calling them infidels? Or will the Muslims still have the right to speak their minds which they do more than any group that I see on the internet and especially on YouTube?
If I said some of the things that they say about the Jews I would be charged with a hate crime but noone makes a move when the Muslims do it.
Why are we trying to appease the Muslims? Is it out of fear? I believe it is and I believe it is a mistake. As soon as we show fear, they know that they have us. It is what bullies do all the time whether it is a kid in school, a man who beats his wife or if it an incorrigible group like the extremists Muslims.
Let me tell you a story....
I had a coffee shop for a couple of years and had a lot of problems with drug dealers etc. Thank God that that nightmare is over. My shop was situated right across from a nightclub. Occasionally someone would come from the bar looking for a drug dealer to buy pot and God only knows what else. While he was in my cafe he would want to use the washroom. I had a rule that noone was allowed to use the washroom if they did not buy at least a coffee or a donut, a mere 60¢ at the time.
One evening a man came to use the washroom and I said "No, not unless you buy something."
He said, "Ok, I'll buy something after I use the washroom."
I said, "No, you have to pay first. Just leave the money and when you come back you can choose what you want." He didn't like that idea and was getting very adamant about using the washroom.
I was alone in the cafe and I am only 5 feet tall ...no match for this man.
I knew that because of the clientele I had, I had to stick to my guns or they would run roughshod all over me. I only had a few rules but I stuck to them.
So I told the man, "Get out! Get out now!" He took a step toward me. I knew if I stepped away from him or showed any fear, I would be in as much or more danger than if I stood my ground. So I took a step toward him and again I said, "Get out!". So then he left calling me some of the most viles names but he did not use the washroom.
What is the point of this story? It is this: If we don't stop trying to appease the Muslims who would hurt us, ie. if we don't stand up to them and let them know who is boss, they will use that fear against us as sure as shooting. We in the Western Nations are doing the exact opposite of what we should be doing. This liberalism and political correctness is sickening.
First, we should stop any further immigration of Muslims of any kind. It is not possible to let in just the "good" ones. How will the immigration officials know what is in the heart of these Muslims? Would you know which is the good or the bad? Of course not.
It is like a plague. If we knew a country to be having the plague, a very contagious disease with thousands dying every month, would we let them into the country under any circumstances? We wouldn't be able to tell which were the carriers of the disease, would we? So none would be allowed to go to or come from that country. So it should be with the Muslims.
We should only allow women from those countries to seek asylum here if 1) they are divorced from the Muslim man in their country of origin and they agree not to marry or remarry a man from that country. If she does, he would not be allowed in the country. 2) She must not be allowed to enter the country if she wants to wear the full veil because men could hide under those things.
If the men from Muslim countries don't want to treat their women with decency, we should help the Muslim women to leave. I don't think too many women would be leaving before the men would begin to realize that it was time to treat these people with the same respect they want.
This is not a racial statement as I have several Muslims friends. It is about what is the right thing to do and to be strong about doing it.
Then we should educate the Muslims that are here. We should teach them and their children by any means possible how wrong it is to hate and to continue wanting to kill any people. If they can ingrain hatred against Jews and Christians, we can ingrain love and respect for all peoples.
We should also stick to our Constitutions and not let it be changed for those who only wish to use our freedoms to restrict our freedoms. We should be voting for people with guts like Ron Paul or Ralph Nader.
Of course, it should be much more but you get the meaning, I think.
I should run for President or should I say Prime Minister. :)
