Hello Everyone

This is IMPORTANT!

If you agree, let's pray all day off and on when we think about Israel. The words to pray are in the article/notice below. Above all, pray that God's will be done in Israel.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem as the Bible says we are to do.

Also let's pray for the safety of the innocents on both sides, especially the little children.

I will be praying that God will bless those who bless Israel. You, too?

Helen

Emergency Prayer Alert for Gaza Situation

14 November, 2012

Today, after more than 140 rockets fell in Southern Israel is the last few days, Israel killed the head of Hamas's military wing. The terrorist's name was Ahmed Al-Jabari and he was the head of the Izz al-Din Al-Qassam Brigades. This is a man who has much blood on his hands.

Hamas of course is promising revenge and there is now not only a very high alert in Israel, but reserve soldiers are being mobilized and we may be preparing for a ground offensive in Gaza.

As the Prime Minister said the other day to the Ambassadors who serve in Israel, no country would allow their nation of be rocketed day after day and do nothing in response.

The last time we went into Gaza in 2008's "Operation Cast Lead," we did a very incomplete job of routing out the terrorist leadership. If we do go in with a ground attack I would assume that we will try and totally eliminate the Hamas and Islamic Jihad leadership.

Remember this is a Middle East in great turmoil with a fanatic anti-Israel government in Egypt, Hezbollah feeling very insecure in Lebanon, and a civil war raging already in Syria.

>>> Pray P.M. Netanyahu, Defense Minister Barak and the Israeli Government to have the wisdom of God concerning the situation in the South and all the possible ramifications in the whole region.

>>> Pray for the P.M. and others to be able to clearly bring Israel's case of self-defense to an increasingly anti-Israel world.

>>> Pray for Egypt to stay out of any armed conflict.

>>>
Pray for the protection of Israel's soldiers and the protection of all innocent civilians.

>>> If Israel does do a ground attack, pray that all that God wants accomplished in this conflict will be fulfilled.

>>> Pray that if it is time to remove the evil of Hamas, Israel will not stop until it is accomplished.

>>> Pray for great alertness on the Lebanese border. Both concerning Hezbollah attacking Israel with rockets and also trying to attack Israeli settlements on the border and trying to kidnap soldiers there.

This is a situation that is just beginning, and we will try our best to keep you informed so that you can pray both in the spirit and with the understanding.

On a personal note, my oldest son Seth is on the Lebanese border doing training with his reserve unit. Chuck's son Jed is going into the reserves tomorrow. Ofer's son Nathaniel is preparing to be called up any time now. Please keep these three sons of ours in your prayers as well.

Thank you all for standing with us,
Eliyahu Ben-Haim

RE: Human Shields In Gaza- Dry Bones' Take On the "War"

Hello Friends,

Here's Dry Bones' take on the latest military operation against the rocket firing from Gaza by jihadi terrorists. As usual, completely logical but this logic seems to escape the progressive liberal pro jihadi MSM.

Shalom,

Peter

Hi Peter, I guess I'll never get used to the fact that there are those who think Israel should just sit there and be continually fired upon and do nothing to protect themselves. Want to bet that if it were their country being fired upon then they'd be singing a different tune. Here is this tiny little country surrounded by enemies who want to annihilate them so they can have the whole region under Islamic control and after Israel is finally pushed to the limit then they take action.

Geketa just posted this on FB and as the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words.

Hello Friends,

Many of you might remember that I started this thread in December of 2009 when Israel retaliated after over 8,000 rockets and mortars were fired into Israel. I named the thread Human Shields In Gaza cos of the "brave" jihadi Gazan terrorists who were hiding behind children and women; firing their rockets from school courtyards, mosques, hospitals, UNWRA facilities all within the civilian population hoping that Israel won't retaliate cos of that. Just to remind you all at the time before Israel did fire on the rocket launching sites when they were in residential areas they called the homes of the residents and dropped millions of fliers warning the residents to evacuate prior to firing on the rocket launching sites.

Today we are witnessing the same once again in Gaza. As Ecclesiastes said "there's nothing new under the sun" the jihadi terrorists are firing from the same sites again and so far Israel has targeted the rocket arsenals, launching sites and the jihadi leaders. Hiding behind human shields is the forte of these jihadi terrorists and expect to see much more of their cowardly actions. Endangering the lives of innocent civilians doesn't bother them in the least and then they have the gall to try and get sympathy when civilians are injured when Israel retaliates against their rocket launch sites and rocket arsenals that are in their residential areas..

These "brave" jihadis who indiscriminately fire thousands of rockets at civilian residential areas expect to get away with their actions and then cry foul when Israel retaliates. It's mind boggling but they are succeeding once again with the help of the MSM who failed to report on the hundreds and then thousands of rockets that were fired into the southern part of Israel for well over a month but are quick to report when a jihadi terrorist lynch pin was targeted and killed. A person responsible for the deaths of many Israelis and the head of Hamas' terrorist attacks. Unfortunately not only MSM is guilty of biased reporting cos posters, some in adland, are guilty of the same sort of reporting. But, there's nothing new either with the biased MSM reporting or the useful idiots passing on their biased reporting as the truth.

The below article shows just one instance out of hundreds of launch sites within residential areas. This in the middle of a residential area, half a block from a mosque, factories, homes and a gas station.

Shalom,

Peter

TEL AVIV – A missile launch site in the Gaza Strip was set up by Hamas just half a block from a mosque and children’s playground, according to aerial photographs provided to KleinOnline by the Israel Defense Forces today.

Israel on Wednesday carried out a surgical strike of the site in question – a Fajr-5 missile launch pad established in the heavily populated Zeitoun district of Gaza to fire long range rockets into the Jewish state.

The photograph of the launch site, posted above, shows a children’s playground and a mosque located about a half a block away as well as two civilian factories and a gas station also within a half a block radius.

In a new development, Hamas today said it fired a rocket toward Jerusalem. Air sirens were heard in Jerusalem and the surrounding areas. Security sources confirmed one rocket had landed in an open area in a Palestinian village just outside Gush Etzion, a suburb located south of Jerusalem near Bethlehem.

Abu Abdullah, a spokesperson for Hamas’ so-called military wing, the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, told KleinOnline today the rocket fired at Jerusalem was aimed at the Knesset, or Israel’s parliament.

Abdullah also claimed Hamas was targeting the official residence of Israeli President Shimon Peres with the Jerusalem rocket fire.

“This is not the end of the surprises we can have,” Abdullah said.

“In some circumstances, Tel Aviv and Jerusalem will not be the last station of our targets.”

Also today air raid sirens were blasted in Tel Aviv and an explosion could be heard.

Defense sources said a missile landed in an open area and that it did not strike ground.

No injuries or damage were reported in Tel Aviv.

Yesterday, the Iranian-backed Islamic Jihad group claimed responsibility firing Fajr-5 missiles aimed at Tel Aviv.

Also yesterday, one rocket launched from the Gaza Strip landed in Rishon Letzion, some 7 miles south of Tel Aviv. About three hours later another explosion was heard in the Tel Aviv area. Defense sources said the second explosion was a missile that landed in an open area.

No casualties were reported in either the Tel Aviv or Rishon Leztion areas.

Sixty-seven rockets fired from the Gaza Strip struck Israel on today. The country’s Iron Dome system intercepted 55 more rockets before Shabbat started today.

In all, 335 rockets have struck Israel since Operation Pillar of Defense began two days ago.

Earlier today, three Israeli civilians were lightly injured when a rocket hit the Eshkol Regional Council region near Gaza. Yesterday three Israelis were killed by a direct rocket hit on their family home in the Gaza border town of Kiryat Malakhi. A four year old Israeli boy and an infant were moderately wounded in separate rocket attacks.

Meanwhile, Israel today took preparations for a possible ground operation into Gaza. The Israel Defense Forces said over 16,000 reservists have been mobilized, out of the 30,000 approved by the Israeli government

The IDF told KleinOnline the Paratrooper and Givati Infantry brigades have completed what they say are final preparations for a potential ground operation. The forces are currently outside Gaza on standby awaiting orders.
