	Hi, Your Goal setting workshop advice is very good indeed. But the practicle way of implementing it online is not clear. Please clear my doubt. At the momet my Goal is to make an optin list to get unique visitors to my site http://www.jmbalpha.com within the next 3 months.I want to earn US$ 5000 by the end of the year. Please advice. 	Hi Roger, I am very, very serious about my goal, which is to help 5 people whom I sponsor into my business to become successful and to become the best mentor and coach to them. That way they will in turn do the same thing, if they are coachable which is very important. Therefore I devote 2 hours a day in order to be the best mentor/coach and be a great leader, by being a great follower I will be an efficient and effective leader by listening and learning. 	Hi Roger, Well, I must say that since I wasn't at Adland back when this got started, I just came upon your workshops today as I was looking around. I will follow all of the suggestions (I've written my goals before and followed some of the things you posted, but I will start anew and work on re-defining my goals. I have just read through all of the workshops posted and will be following up with each recommendation. I haven't done the tugging on the ear to set the goal in mind before. Thanks for this interesting series of posts Roger. Also, I watched the YouTube video about Susan Boyle. She was amazing, I saw her on television when she first sang in front of the judges, & there was such a transformation right before your eyes of the attitudes of everyone. Even Simon...was taken by her. That's really saying something. Anyway, thanks for sharing this Roger. I will be working on the new goals. Take care, Cheryl :-)
