	Adlandpro is one of my fave sites as the people are fanta-bulous, the networking is great, having a place to share ads and info rocks! I tried to imagine the difference you make here at Adland, but it is too great for me like the sunshine each day. Nick was one of the people who I noticed right away when I became active here a couple of years ago. He was my very first Profile of the Day, is now my first Profile of the Year, and he is in the running for Person of the Year 2008 (POTY 2008), a very prestigious honor at ALP. In life, you don't get rewarded, then act. You act, and then get rewarded. Nick is a great example of someone who acts, who gives of himself, who helps many people, and it comes back to him with showers of blessings. Stephen
