I love pecan pie and can't wait to try this recipe.
Georgia Pecan Pie
4 eggs 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup dark corn syrup 1/2 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup butter, melted 2 cups pecan halves 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Beat eggs well. Add sugar, corn syrup, flour, salt and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in melted butter and pecans. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake in a 300 degree oven for one hour, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on rack.
