Dear Beverly, I just happened to find this.  Thank you for letting us know because we surely will miss you.  You have already received a miracle and now these years later - a new hip.  May it all go very smoothly for you and recovery time short.  However, do follow doctor's orders and don't rush it.

I am so eager to get this done. I have needed this for a long time. I promise to do everything the doctors tell me to do. It's winter so I tend to hibernate in the winter anyway. My girls will be off for the holidays, so they will be able to help me out here at home.

I truly am not afraid. I know that the Lord will continue to look after Jim and me.
