TO: The Honorable Secretary of State for the State of YOUR STATE, According to the Constitution of the United States of America, a person is eligible to serve as President of the United States if and only if he or she meets three requirements, those being as follows: 1. be a natural born citizen of the United States 2. be at least 35 years old 3. have lived in the U.S. for at least 14 years Section 1 of Article II of the Constitution contains the clause: “ No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States." Barack Hussein Obama, II meets requirements #2 & 3 but not #1. All three are requirements, not suggestions under the Constitution. Even if Obama were to produce a Hawaiian birth certificate, he was, in fact, a British subject at the time of his birth due to his father’s citizenship status as a Kenyan. Obama admits this point on his web site, Fight the Smears: “When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4, 1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. 	Hi Jim and Geketa, An interesting topic subject. - "nothing stands in the way of a Barack Obama presidency" and The New World Order that has and is being a work in progress to put into place for many years. This New World Order, will also put into place One World Religion and One World Monetary system - probably a cashless society. I first learned of this plan about 16 years ago through reading some books by Barry R Smith a New Zealand author. New Zealand and Australia have been a 'guinea pig' country. Smaller populations and at the bottom of the world away from prying eyes.. I kept all this in the back of my mind and watched and listened as plans have being played out. Had the various governments around the world which is the plan of Satan, just informed the public of this New System they want to introduce there would be a huge outcry, so step by step, little by little and under cover and away from curious eyes they have to plan and get things into place and by force if necessary bring in this new system. You may wonder how this could happen - Some of the strategies that come to mind.. By dumbing down the people, by ignorance, keep us busy with other troubles, always bad news in the papers on TV. Keep us occupied throughout the day in our jobs and at home that we do not have enough time to pray. We are more busy than our grandparents were and they did not have all the modern appliances that are labour saving we have and they still had time to visit with their neighbours! We do not know our neighbours, our children do not walk to school or play with other children from the same neighbourhood. We are isolated more than we use to be 20 or more years ago. Keep the media quiet with threats of law suits, or they loose their jobs because of the 'dirt' either real or made up. We are more fearful real and imaginary. keep the students dumbed down in school. Give students knowledge and choices against their parents Allow immorality and lawlessness.. e.g. tell their parents they cannot discipline them at home with a smack. Give students birth protection. Kill our unborn children by abortion Stress for everyone Sickness, tiredness, unhealthy, overweight etc from the additives in foods, drinks, because our food is not healthy and wholesome anymore. The list goes on... Satan and his demons are doing a good job of distracting us to his real purpose. 	Hello Amanda, Thanks for sharing your insights and the interesting videos. You and I are on the same page here and it is nice to know others like yourself, are doing their own due diligence. The more I seek out information, othe than the LMMs (Liberal Mass Media) services the more shocked and outraged I become. All this is happening right under the eyes of those that are sworn to uphold the constitution and serve and protect the people. It is through grassroots efforts that most of this has happened, where an organized few can bend the will of the people, by applying pressure. ACORN activism works and we should take heed and use their tactics to reverse the tide. 	A liberal's difinition of hate is that you are not sharing his point of view. You don't agree with or worst affirm what he/she believes. What you and I would call a difference of opinion. Liberals use the word "hate" as it frees them from having to make a defense of their point of view and as an added bonus incriminates (labels) the person whose point of view they call "hateful".
