Thomas, Thomas, Thomas... you shouldn't have! I've been so busy promoting ALP and my other stuff elsewhere that I hadn't been here except to add more classified ads and the like! But it occurred to me that there may be b-day wishes in inbox and that I'd already taken too long to answer those and now I've missed my party!
