Beth, you're a star!!!

I'm so glad the diet is working for you and you passed it on to others. I gave it to all my friends and family with the highest recommendation.

After doing a bit of researh about the Krebs cycle I have an inkling why it's working so well.

So far I lost close to 9 kgs (almost 20 pounds) and haven't changed my eating habits at all. Amazing!!
