There is a website call Global Domains International and they have an affiliate program that pays $100 for every person that you get to sign up in a week, plus they pay you $1 per month for every person who keeps their hosting account.

This is the easiest many that I have ever made online.  They even give you a free domain name but the hosting is $10.  However, you also get a built in website builder that allows you to be able to build you own website in minutes.
