Here is how YouTube works here in Adland.

copy All the information after the first = sign 0ayi6dqhuHg   find this icon   click on it, a window will pop up asking for the information.  In the space provide paste only the information after the first = sign in space provide in the pop-up 0ayi6dqhuHg and click OK . 

VOILA you have post a YouTube Video ;-)

my mistake, I posted the wrong video although this OK with Hank Jr interview.
