Hello Roger!!!

Great forum.  Such an educational topic.  I learned so much.  It took me forever to get around to making this post as I was following the links and learning.

Samuel Cody's contribution to the age of flight was huge.  Like Jim, I am so amazed that the recognition he received for it was so minor in comparison to the magnitude of his contribution.

Thanks and I look forward to learning more - I still have some reading to do!!

Blessings and so nice to see you, Roger!

Hi Valerie,

Yes, it's really puzzling. Maybe because it was so secret originally in terms of some military use. Anyway I intend to make a visit to Farnborough which has an aviation museum.

I was amazed that his house has a comemorative plaque and I didn't know. Only about 10 miles away.

Thanks for dropping in.

Judy my friend.

Better late than never and no less welcome for all that.

I'm continuing to look for information.

I look forward to anything that others might uncover.
