I'll get the word out about those domains and hosting plans and see how else I can possibly help, Kathy. Thanks, my friend. I call you blessed!

Thanks everyone for your consideration in this. I really appreciate it. Michael, you had to know I was going to respond to a post like that. If you read my post, you'll see that I made a joke out of asking for donations. I have not asked anyone to give me money for free. I am presenting them with the programs and services I have to offer that will glean me the greatest financial benefit in the shortest amount of time. I haven't wasted my money on online promotions, as I don't engage in promotions that cost money to begin with. And as for work, I do work. I'd like to know what, to your mind, constitutes a "proper job." Having gone to school for eight years has provided me with a multitude of very impressive skills, and a 10-page resume; but has not explained why full-time work in any field has eluded me. I could easily sit here and cite the 692 job applications that have gone out from my desk to points all over North America since May of 2002...but I suppose I'm not much of a man if I have to go asking for work. So what I do as an independent business person is work my ass off day in and day out securing contracts and making a living. The problem, for your information, is not that I don't have enough money to get by, or that I am less of a man than you are...it's that the cost of moving from my vermin and disease infested home to a new one will involve first and last month's rents, as well as the connection of all the utilities, the transfer of all of my business and redirected mail and communications, and the cost of moving furniture. This will be over $3,000, which -- if you were paying attention to the item about the wrecked car -- is out of reach for the present, and will be difficult to amass by means of my "proper job" in the short time before the move becomes critically important to the health of myself and my wife (who also, incidentally, has a "proper job"). I am not begging for money. I am informing the "friends" in my "network" that I have encountered a problem with which they might be able to help. Since I have gone to great lengths to provide others in this community with help and support when asked, I don't think that's too far out of line. I have provided them with a resource on a very valuable and cost-effective service which can be applied directly to their businesses, and an additional link that can be forwarded to people in their networks whom they feel might likewise benefit from it. If I framed this as just another sales pitch, it would likely be ignored by most people. But the fact that it is important at this particular juncture, and is being treated as such by my friends at Adland Pro, suggests that there is a legitimate concern here for my wellbeing, and an effort to direct sales, as I said, towards a service that will provide me and my business with more directly measurable sales results. And if that's begging, then I guess I'm just not much of a man after all.

You go Steve! We all need from time to time to ask for help! Didn't our Lord tell us to help each other? I know we are and have been in a super crunch right now with Jim getting hurt at work, and things just going straight down hill after, however, we tried building online businesses and thanks to Adland we're finding more than we ever thought possible! So you keep right on promoting and don't feel less of a man because you have your family's health and welfare at heart! May God Bless you and thanks Kathy for posting this! Carole http://www.community.adlandpro.com/go/mossyjim60 http://www.cash4cashflows.com/jamesmossbarger http://www.sitesell.com/bestsites3.html Steve, check the last site out, it may help you too. I'll go to yours as soon as we get a paycheck in. I'm looking at a couple of places to purchase domain and hosting from.
