An illustation that really touches the heart!!

This reminds me of another illustration that helps to understand why God has permitted evil things to happen.

When a child is sick and needs an operation, the loving parents allow the doctors to operate the child, even if the experience may be painful.

They know that in the end this will be for the best. Their child will get healthy.

The child thrusts the parents completely - they know what is best.

In the same way we can thrust our heavenly Father, that he knows what is best for the time being and he also knows the solution of the problems.

We know that God will permit the evil for a limited time yet, for a good reason, and that he has the power to correct everything that was damaged during this time.

Hi Marion, Thank You for that Beautiful and touching story. I do believe God Loves us and is in a constant struggle pulling us away from the evils of the world. Many of us, including myself, are tempted to pull the other way at times and I thank God that he is there to remind us of the right way to go. You Imagine the Enourmous Love that the Father had for his son and multiply that thousands upon thousands of times and that is Gods Love. :) Thank You Marion for reminding us of that.
