Hi Shelly,
               How have you been? I am still having back problem and also problem with my heart. I am trying not to over do it. So what have you been up to? Have you been on vacation? Some are saying that the gas prices are just to high so they are not going right now.

I am visiting with my daughter and my grandson right now. I will be heading back home tomorrow.

Hi Shelly!

I'm delighted you came back...I just started being active again about a week ago, myself.

Since we talked last, my daughter graduated UNC Chapel Hill and is a teacher, and my son is now going to college (both still living at home, lol).  I'm still a civil servant at Fort Bragg, and my wife still teaches.

As far as promotions go, I'm real happy with the Online Business Alliance -- it reads and sells well, and they are incredibly supportive in their forums.  Also, it's a minor investment compared to some of the wazoo programs floating around the Internet (you can start for as little as $5).
