Well Tim we not only have had one very successful month, but the next month is already showing we are going to be going even further :-)
We already have numerous nominations coming in, as well as people who are wanting to sponsor...now that is kewl!
Just so people are aware on how we choose the Comment Cash Contest Winners, we use a random generator. We felt that this was the most ethical, impartial way of having the winners chosen. That being said, the more you vote and comment, the higher the chances.
For those who have nominated blogs, who did not win this time around, your blogs are carried forward to the next month - here are a few suggestions to help you in this competition:
Get the word out! Post to your blog, to the social communities everywhere. The fact is the more people who vote for you, will count on you getting in the running to winning the BlogNet Trophy!
Just as some very great people do here on Adland, when it comes to the various contests as in Best Forum Award, POTW Award and all the rest of the fantastic competitions on this community, If people do not know you are in the competition, then they won't go in and vote for you, so don't be shy!
The big difference between the inhouse competitions of Adland and
BlogNet Awards, is quite simple, Our competition, will get you out there on the net to be branded and noticed...no small feat.
My congratualations to all the winners of the Comment Cash Contest, two of them being from Adland -
Judy Smith -
Like An Eagle-SoarWalter Webb -
All Sports on the WebLastly Congratulations to
Mariuca - Wishing on a fallen star. To Merry, I liked what your said "
Blogging has a substance and this is why is value by search engines and so many of us"
Here is a quote for you " Yes, blogging is entertainment. It is performance. Each blog post a show, sometimes an opera, sometimes a 30 second commercial. Like a show, it may start with a bang, lead you along from song to song, have a great climatic moment, then leave the audience wanting more.
- Lorelle Van Fossen
One last comment Tim and then back to work for me - you said to Rahul
about:
DBAD's
Drive By Ad Droppers My Opinion is that I would rather read a blog post that is entertaining, has substance, might teach me something - BUT - might also offer me something to buy in the future than all the Ads in the world.
To Our Succes Tim!
