Ana Maria, You are so right. It is hard to tell what each persons perception of 100% is. It could be just sitting at a desk, drinking coffee/tea/water or whatever, without doing too much work and still get paid!!!! Oh sorry, just dreaming out loud....like that will ever happen! lol Sheri
