Was I a little heavy on the message and a little too short on the "Thank You"?

Join this http://__________ its going to be big. On what basis is this statement made. Is it a well known company that has a good track record. Has the creator of this business been successful at other ventures. Is the creators name well known for good or for bad?

I find it hard to get excited by the statement, "Hurry, join now, its going to be BIG" Well won't it be big next week, or next month? What's the hurry. Give some data to prove that it is indeed going to be BIG.

I just clicked on a banner ad here in Adlandpro. The site when opened declared "FOUR TIMES BIGGER THAN THE INTERNET".

oooooo---ooooo THAT'S PRETTY BIG. I'm impressed but not getting out my credit card yet.

Sara, Thanks, yes I have had Judy on my friends list for quite some time. Yes, she has posted on my threads and does indeed shoot from the hip. Sometimes, we need to yanked up and made aware that sometime just isn't right.

To be honest, my company home site has a phrase I don't like and I will be telling them. To use the sense of urgency they have "hurry before we run out". Now get serious is anyone selling a product that is not well stocked. After all they have sold millions.
