I love how top marketers always say 'if everybody sponsored just 3 people...." but the problem is that few are capable of doing that even if they do try.  I'm so bad at sponsoring and although I don't tell people that (I try to keep a positive spin on things when promoting this) I haven't made any leeway in the people I've individually told so far.

The fact of the matter is that prospects want to see results -- money earned by the person pitching to them.  Historically in MLM the only affiliates making money are those who start their own teams (such as you, Marilyn Williams, Richguy on the Money Maker Group forum, etc.).  I haven't made any money online since last year, and that was nothing to brag about.   I don't know if profanity is allowed here, but we're all adults..."Money talks, bullshit walks".

Well Jeff, Attitudes like that is why so many marketers fail on the internet. Putting posts like this in a forum doesn't get you anywhere, as a matter a fact, it negatively impacts the program. So how do you feel now hotshot! I am no better than you, I am just focused. I put all my energy into marketing, not complaining as you are in here. Every marketer that has been successful in DE is from using the marketing techniques that I have shown them. You, my friend, seem to resist, as you mention how you dislike using the conference room and Skype and so forth. Well it's no wonder you don't get anywhere as all you do is complain. I have built huge downlines and followings in business online just from doing the very simple things that I teach. If you don't want to listen, that's your choice, but stop venting in this forum. As I said, if you are so disappointed, I will gladly give you your money back today and have you removed from the program. No I'm done venting!

Call it negativity if you want, Carl, but I'm certainly no hotshot.  I just have my own approach and a computer with a technical inability to download software to enter a Hot Conference room.  I'm just being realistic about the situation. Nothing I say here is going to impact GDE in any way. If you feel it is then you can delete this entire thread if you want. I won't object. But before you do....

I don't have a budget currently, but if I did I would hire a professional marketer to build this for me at my expense. I once knew of a company that would build your network marketing business for you for $85 / month. By the time I was ready to deal with them in 2001 I called them only to find they were no longer around -- for whatever reason I don't know. But they were in New York and although I'm not sure if it was before or after 9-11.  Hmm....

But if you believe for one minute that I'm going to ask for my money back, your sadly mistaken (I told you before that I don't give up that easily). Besides, this is only the second month in.

Marilyn Williams has a new Benefactoring program. Maybe I could try that -- to pay the way in for other people in exchange for her placing a few in my original downline under her. Since she is downline to you, if it works then that will benefit you as well as us.  I don't know how long it will take to get my placements that way, but if I can reach break-even point --- if I even see the beginnings of a downline it would certain take some of the financial pressure off.

Well, Jeff, Now your starting to sound like a marketer. i guess I just needed to get under your skin a bit and vise versa. I don't believe in quiting and I'm glad you don't either, just used that energy to focus on what's ahead. This business is easier than you think, you just need to go with the changes and forget the old school style approach.
