pkg frozen broccoli 2 med size vine-ripened tomatoes, chopped 2 tbsp extra
light olive oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp
salt 3 cloves garlic, minced feta cheese or parmesan(optional) grilled
chicken breast(optional) Note: Optional items have not been calculated into

servings Prepare penne according to box directions, drain and rinse. Set
aside. While penne is cooking, prepare broccoli according to package
directions (steaming is nice so you can lock in the flavor). Chop tomatoes and
mince garlic. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients, adding olive oil
before spices and minced garlic. Toss gently and enjoy warm or
refrigerate for 1-2 hours for a cold salad. (Optional) Add feta or a
little parmesan for taste. This also can be used as a main dish by adding
