Thank you for choosing me as one of the Shining Stars. I have never been in Ventura and I guess the weather is nice, or a little warmer than northern California. I live 50 minutes north of the Golden Gate bridge in San Francisco.
Spent 11 years in Boston where graduated from the Master of Business Administration program in Northeaster U. 8 years ago moved to the West Coast.

Lately I was only focusing on one that provides $3,000 per customer and the company does the selling/closing for you. That's in my main domain http://www.SergioMusetti.com
For some people is great not to deal with leads, call them, feel the rejection, sell and close them in order to get them in your downline and finally you hope that they will buy a product or service.
Now, everyone knows that the rate of failing in MLMs is around 95%. I was lucky to find a group of marketing, software, and Internet gurus that have been around for years designing systems for them and high end network marketers.
They consider MLM as a dying industry and started the next business model.
Just imagine thousands of people from different MLMs companies working in one project, in a specific area that they choose. Remember the concept of Mastemind group from Napoleon Hill's book? Well, here it is. The results are many times larger that the efforts of each individual trying to achieve the same task.
Compensation? Everyone receives the same compensation so there is no competition but all the opposite: teamwork. Everyone helps everyone for a good reason, all will equally share the results.
No more finding or buying leads, or selling. You pick what task or activity you love in the Internet and experts in that area will have live online daily trainings so you can become an expert too. No more duplication, only delegation.
They have skills in many areas and taught me how to rank high in Google through SEO. In a very short time I made a little directory and still is number 1 in Google. Just type Cotati Directory, it's #1 on almost half a million pages. I was suprised of how much knowledge they have.
In Real Estate they say "Location, location, location". Here I would say "Share, share, and share". You may exchange it with "help" too.
