Hi Kathy, Yup, I have had to face my fears for sure. Not something that is very pleasant, but a must to grow in life. Blessings, Marion

I was once kicked off an Advisory Council of a company because the President felt that I was too confrontational, fear makes people do weird things! Well done dear as usual, Jim

Thank you Kathy for this topic. As you may note, I have looked at the latest forums first, as I am way behind. That´s for me to fix, no one elses problem. Anyway, this has a lot to do with your forum about conflicts. Conflicts/confrontations are not a problem, it is our ego that thinks it is. If a confrontation arises just handle it, because it is definatly something that needs to come up into the open. My husband Lennart and I do have confrontations. We are very alike overall, but often have completely different points of view on various issues. Why not? We do not have to have the same way of thinking. It is stimulating to discuss different viewpoints. Maybe both are right and even if one of us does´nt think so, we accept that we are different and respect each others viewpoint without necessarily agreeing with it. We usually come to a compromise. We have one golden rule "Do not start hurting each other with "lash backs" Keep your conflicts to "now" and don´t bring up old hurts from the past. There is only today, we cannot change the past,we know nothing about tomorrow. That is how we handle our confrontations. We also try to apply this to all our relationships, business or personal. Thank you again Kathy! Blessings
