Hi Kathy!

Yep!  It happened to me too.  I was trying to post a Direct Contact Message about my son Michael shipping off to Iraq with his Marine Corp Reserve Unit, and I got that same message...service not available.  

It may have not been necessary, but what I often do when that happens is shut everything down, reboot my computer and try again.  I first save my work to Microsoft Office Word.
