Hi Kenneth,
Use your "signup subaffiliate link" (found in your members area on left nav bar) and they will not have to enter anything.
They will automatically show under you.
It will look like this: http://www.executive-hosting.biz/affiliate/affsignup.php?pid=YOUR-ID#-HERE
