In my opinion, it may depend if I'd known what they looked like before the op. (now that is shallow). But that's not gospel, I think it boils down to WHO the person is.

I believe "nose job" has been fully explained in another reply under "boob job".

As for dating, it may come down to a man asking a few questions beforehand:

1. Have you had a nose job?

2. Have you had a tummy-tuck?

3. Have you had a boob job?

4. Have you had a facelift?

5. Have you had a butt lift?

Okay, I'll go out with you if you've had 2, 3 or 5, but forget it if you've had 1 or 4.  :-)
