Hi Shirley,

I hadn't heard of this particular recipe until I saw it in the cookbook. My mother used to make cabbage rolls with rice and ground beef. She didn't use soup, but I think that would help keep it more moist.

Hi Donna.  There is a "funky" little restaurant near us. One of the specialties is Greek dishes.  They serve a wonderful GREEK style Hamburger and Cabbage roll dish with a delicious lemon sauce.  There is soooooooooo much food, I always take some home and have it for lunch the next day.
