Feed only positive into you, if any thing is negitive do the garbage in garbage out theory, say to your self I refuse to let negativity in to my brain, mind or soul.

Let me share a story with you.

Believe it or not I came from a background of no self esteem, yes the great Kathy Hamilton had no self esteem, coming from Domestic Violence you are feed and to believe you are nothing, you are a nobody, you are worth less. and even though you should know better you believe it or question it.

But thankfully when I got out of that situation and the amazing love and support of my daughters they feed me positive and made me relize yes I am somebody and through self growth and letting no negitive into my mind, heart or soul I got well.

Then that became my drive into showing that person who ran me down that I was   some one that I am some body.

I proved to myself thru determination that if I applied  myself and shared my stories that I could empower myself and hopefully empower others that If I could succeed any one could.I worked very hard at developing lasting relationships and at the same time it was branding who I was and what I stood for. Sara, your a great woman and no matter what is your obsticles in life if you have passion,desire,attitude and strong will like me You can and will succeed at anything.

It is all yours for the taking just name it and claim it like I did. I decide I am going to do something and I just make it happen.

Hello Kathy,

You are absolutely right. God did not put us here to be poor or in poverty. But he did give us the knowledge, substance, and prosperity through the things in which we go through in our lives.

We must stand together and lend a helping hand to everyone out there in the world who needs us. You have inspired me to use your positive self talk.

I currently tell myself and the world in which I speak my world that I am happy, successful, and I have arrived. My time is now and I am here to prosper.

Thanks for those encouraging words. God uses us all to heal each other through a book, scripture, song, or story. We just have to recognize that no matter who he uses to get your attention, the Blessing and words came from Him.
