Thank you for your thoughts regarding Depression. It isn't something I used to talk about. When I was finally diagnosed as being Bi-Polar and after I got over the side effects from the medications, I realized it needed talking about. I no longer feel ashamed as I once did.
It helps to know you aren't alone with the disease. Here in Canada the statistics were 1 in 4 suffered with it. I don't suffer with it anymore and that's mostly due to having a better understanding of it and taking control over my feelings and emotions.
That doesn't mean I don't have bad days ... I do ... however those days aren't debilitating like they used to be.
I am forever grateful to you for enriching my life
