Todays scam is one a lot of people have & are falling for. It has been on the T.V. news here in Nevada that people are falling for these lottery scams. Normally it is the Canadian lottery scam that catches people out, but as Americans cannot enter this lottery, if you recieve an email saying you have won it. Just DELETE! The one I'm showing you today is meant to be from the UK lottery, which is run by Camelot. The thing is, the company here that is meant to be Camelot Lottery promos, does NOT exist. Do company check & domain name check for said company, the domain name is not registered, nor is company. Also the London address is not at SW2 but SE15 2. So this is a actual address, just not where the scammers make out it is. People interviewed on T.V. here in Nevada that have been taken in by these scams (Mostly the elderly) Have paid out anywhere from $200-$2,500 to register for their 'winnings'. Needless to say, there is no 'winnings' to collect. Here is a link to see just how many different address's this scam is using, & also a forum set up to show how much it will cost you if you belive in it. The basic email is the same, just different address's & email address's to contact.

Linda, Yes we are going to have to be careful, but don't forget to warn everyone you know on your friends list & outside Adlandpro, as they catch plenth of people, & sad to say, it's the elderly who not being used to people being so dishonest that get caught the most. They have been warned about the snail mail scams, & still get caught out. For some, the Internet is still a mysterious place, & they do not expect to be tricked like this. We got my dear old Mum, back in the UK a P.C, but she will not use it, or even switch it on since she received something similar to this. Luckily she had the sense to call me & tell me her 'good news'first, before filling in details. She did not take it well when I explained what a scam email was. Now she wont use it at all, so it's back to using the 'phone' to contact her & getting pictures developed again to send by snail mail. So, warn everyone you know who is 'on-line'

Shelly, Thanks for accepting the invite. Like I replied to Linda, we are (or hope we are) more computer savvy than a lot of P.C. users. Just warn your other friends as well, I'm sure you would hate for them to be caught by these Internet scamming trash.
