5) New Producer Pool

2% of Global Commission Volume (GSV) every month are put into a NEW PRODUCER POOL and shared, based on earned shares, with new producers who accomplish one or more "pace-setter cycles" within a calendar month
IMPORTANT: A Pacesetter Cycle is achieved when an IBO can, within a calendar month, personally sponsors 2 IBOs ... who also each personally sponsor 2 IBOs ... creating a total of 6 sales and all recently sponsored IBOs are "active" with at minimum of 50PSV each ... autoship encouraged. For each month you qualify, the Pacesetter Cycle(s) can earn you shares of the NEW PRODUCER POOL and this allow you to benefit from shares you've earned in the NEW PRODUCER POOL that will contain 2% of the companies Global Commission Volume (GSV) every month.
Leader Pack Pace-Setter Cycle- (all 6 sales with Leader Pack) = 3 shares
Business Pack Pace-Setter Cycle (all 6 sales with Business Pack) = 2 shares
Personal Pack Pace-Setter Cycle (all 6 sales with Personal Pack) = 1 share
You can see, each of these have a total of 6 sales and is considered a Pacesetter Cycle because, in this example, you would have personally sponsored 2 of the IBOs and they would have personally sponsored 2 IBOs each, who are all "active" with a minimum of 50PSV each ... autoship encouraged. NEW PRODUCER POOL shares can not be earned outside of a pacesetter cycle. Shares must be earned within a Pacesetter cycle. You can have multiple Pacesetter Cycles building during the same month and a Pacesetter Cycle must be completed within the calendar month before you can recieve any shares from it.
Remember that if you encourage your new IBO to purchase a "leader pack" then they receive a greater value (plus savings) and you can qualify for significantly more shares in the NEW PRODUCER POOL.
It is important to encourage package purchase duplication & autoship so you can receive the highest qualified amount of shares.
(This is not only for new IBOs. This special pool is exclusively for the NEW PRODUCER. IMPORTANT: Qualified Platinums Leadership Ranks or Above cannot participate in this New Producer Pool). However the NEW PRODUCER POOL is available to ALL qualified IBOs who have earned less than $5,000 per month (total income) during their previous month.
