	James, Sounds like a great idea to me, I think I will copy this and send it to my two Senators and my Represenative! Maybe if enough of us do it we could get some of them to actually pass a bill that would have this idea in it! But then we have an excess of 250 Million bills registered in the Library of Congress and none of them are being enforced.

	Hi, James This solution has a few "quirks." First of all, by left-wing wacko Liberal standards, this solution would label you as "racist." Secondly, these "alien rejects" would not know English ... one of the bare necessities to keep them from shooting OUR troops! And thirdly, my Economics 101 would tell me that REDUCING fuel consumption would INCREASE fuel costs! Just ask our friendly neighbors in Mexifornia. The law of supply and demand: if our government can't supply what we demand, they WILL supply it ... but not at the prices we demand! :) Well, that's it in a nutshell ... so just call me a nut!
