If you are having login issues, you can do the following: Place a trouble ticket by going to https://www.bbsglobal-diamond-elite.com/support/ . These will be addressed immediately. Members that requested multiple positions (3-packs and 13-packs), if you did not supply e-mail addresses and passwords, you will have to submit a ticket for the access information. You will need to supply your PayItGlobal username as well. When you login to your back office, your link will be displayed at the top of the back office in "RED" You will need to go to your profile area and make sure all information is updated including your PayItGlobal (PIG) Account username. 2.
