Dear Kathy:
Many people truly do not understand how the full concept of how a well put together blog can be powerful!
Worse yet people are so limited in their visions that they feel that the only use a blog is for, is to put it quite simply, another way to promote their online affiliate programs.
So many people have so many blogs lying around collecting dust and everyone says, I will get to them later.
Where is everybody going wrong?
I can tell you how we at Success Patrol think, would that be of use?
What we are finding is that people will get a blog without putting in any real marketing research into what their niche is. There is no business plan and there is no real teaching the steps of how to create the content that will bring people back time and time again.
Just like any business, blogging takes time and work. People want that next fix of lets jump onto the band wagon of this program or this next tool and yet, think on this for a moment, having your own business where you are an expert on whatever you choose to be, reminds me a little of a kid saying..when i grow up this is what I want to be....lol
At Success Patrol as you are learning Kathy,we are teaching how to finding your focus, targeting your niche and learning how to create killer content and yes big time learning how to link using free ways of Web 2.0...pretty amazing huh?
Learning these basics then leads into how to monetize once again targeting your niche, it is to be honest very satisfying, at least to me...lol
Will this happen over night? Nope...will you get that mythical get rich in 30 days? nope... will you create a business to be proud of where you become the expert and brand yourself instead of someone else? You better believe it!
