Health concerns; Are we what we eat?
What is the cause behind the many sicknesses and illnesses that
are so wide spread today.
The reasons I bring up these questions is that when I was growing
up; I am 53 now. When the majority of the food we ate was home
grown or home raised it did not seem as though there were as many
health issuses as we have today.
May be its just me but as I watch TV ads of medicine; there seems
to be so many side effects that it make you wonder whether or not
it is worth the risk to try it.
What are we to do?
