You're kidding, right? First, matrix plans do not work! Out of the 50,000 companies that have launched in the past 50 years, only 1 has had any measurable, long term success with a matrix plan, and that company has changed their plan numerous times in the past 10 year in order to retain their top leaders. (If they didn't have a superb product line, they would have been gone a long time ago. )
Furthermore, a matrix plan without a monthly qualifier is even worse, both from a functional point of view as well as a legal one!
Finally, you mention this opportunity is global, in which case I can guarantee you that they have not done the proper legal work required to promote the opportunity in all 200 countries around the world. In addition, if I understand some of the material I looked at rather quickly, without a monthly qualifier and without an emphasis on sales to NON-BUSINESS PARTICIPANTS as a trigger for fast start bonuses, they will ultimately run into both head hunting as well as lottery statutes.
If this is one of the best programs you have ever seen, then you haven't seen too many programs.
I base my analysis on having been a former fed, having a network marketing consulting business with one of my associates being a prominent former Attorney General (we review "deals" like this one all the time and the analysis on our part is almost always the same as money of these programs are set up the same as many others, especially in the case of one which promotes a matrix pay plan), and also on having built organizations of several hundred thousand people which have generated hundreds of millions of dollars in sales for various companies.
