Born and raised in Boston, now living in Iceland. Stay/work/study from home father of 5, Army veteran, and Personal Trainer. I worked for 6 years for Alcoa (which I helped build the factory with Bechtel, INC) I was let go of my contract, and I quickly pursued my passion for of fitness and wellness. I completed my Associates Degree in Exercise Science, completed a certification in Physique & Figure Training, and continuing on in Mind/Body/Spirit Fitness, Group Fitness Instructor Certification, Kettlebell and Insanity as well.

As a future Group Fitness Instructor, I want to have a variety to for clients, and ultimately open up my own studio, as well as grow my wellness network business with Purium, adn Young Living Essential Oils!
