Me, well lets see, I have been lucky enough to have four beauitful daughters, One GREAT husband and a good life so far.

I have been in the Bar and Resturant business all of my life, I love to cook, (CAJUN FOOD) is the best. I also cook that great stuff some call soul food, I call it Alabama cooking myself, Very fatning...hehe.

I worked up untill I was told at 41 that I was goning to have a baby, SHOCKED !!:) and happy my husband and I decided that it was time to stop and smell the roses. The baby is now five and starts school Aug,18th 2005, I am gonna miss her all day.

I have been a bartender, a bar owner, a bar and resturant manager, bar and resturant owner and I have also been the Beverage Manager of one of our local Casino's here in Louisiana. That was a great experience, I baby sat 280 , 21 and up year olds daily. It's funny how you get to know people on a personal level when they work for you. I mean it's like this, they come to you and almost beg for a job. They promise they will be the best employee that you have....so you hire them and then wonder, how do they come up with so many excueses not to come to work !

Everyone has excueses, I try not to have them at all, and when something I do go's wrong I don't blame it on someone else. I think you should on up to your failures so that when you succeed in life you can in some way conturbite to those that you failed at. See you learn from your mistakes and failures and if you don't own up to them then you don't learn from them.

I have just started trying to make money on the internet and so far I have made nothing, but I will not give up. I am a die hard ! I will plugged on till something makes or breaks.
