I am the proud Father of five grown children and 15 Grand Children.

I have successfully run an Accounting Practice - with Income Tax and Computer specialization from February 1978 to 2005 for profit, and non-profit companies. This included individuals, sole proprietors, partnerships, and small corporations.

I have re-opened this business effective February 6, 2007!!!

I have a B.S. Degree in Business Administration-Accounting from (S.U.N.Y.A.B.) State University Of New York At Buffalo, NY (1974)

I have a M. S. Degree in M.I.S. from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.(1997)

I have several years background in Corporate Banking,  Accounting, Accounting Systems, Auditing, Finance, and Insurance. I have worked in big, medium, and small companies, and also Non-Profits.

I have worked for the Federal Goverment and State Goverment (NY).

I also have had an extensive background in Sales and Marketing. My Business background is broad and extensive.

I have been a student of Astrology since 1986.

I moved to the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area of California in April of 1974 from Buffalo, NY.
