Dr. Charles R. Mitchell
 Dr. Mitchell is CEO of CareOne benefits, a discount health care savings organization.  He is also a consultant to Discount Card Services, Inc. and also serves as a consultant to Uni-care Inc., a national healthcare provider network comprised of over 500,000 healthcare professionals.   Dr. Mitchell is a graduate of the Marquette University Dental School.  He has written and lectured extensively throughout the United States and Canada on practice management and alternative health care delivery systems. 
Dr. Mitchell founded and served as President of Grove Dental Associates of Illinois, a group practice with over 150 employees after which he became President and CEO of Stratum Five International, a company which designed, developed, and implemented alternative health delivery plans for many insurance companies, businesses and unions.  This company was sold to a consortium of Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies.  Dr. Mitchell participated in the organization of a bank in Illinois and served on its board of directors.  He has also served as an officer and director of numerous health, financial and business organizations
