When joining you get a free website and also get many other benefits way too many to put in words. I have been struggling for over a year but I guess that is part of being in business . But Avon is so known and the products are awesome and I am very committed to Avon . I also have a full-time job that is ok but don't like it the way I love and enjoy Avon.
