I am a displaced healthcare worker embarking on a new career to make money without having to commute (I've commuted for 18 yrs).  I recently joined a company that allows both entrepreneurship and help to those without healthcare coverage.  Since this was something I knew about first-hand, I signed up.  The training has been extensive and I'm learning alot about what it takes to make money online....whew!!
