Hello. My name is Allen Wolin I live in Mays Landing New Jersey. Together with my wife Marilyn and our two dogs Lily and Annie we created a wonderful life.
I have been in food service almost all of my life. It started when I was thirteen yrs. and continued through my 21 years serving in the US. Air Force, in food service.I continued on that course and became a food service manager and chef in many restaurants and nursing homes. I love to cook because it relaxes me. Allows my creative side to come out.
