I am a proud wife and mother of 4 children. I am currenty working on getting ahead with the healthy lifestyle our Creator intended for each and everyone to enjoy. My life has been one of medical challenges of anemia leading to other surgeries after giving birth by way of c-sections. Needless to say, menopause has been one of my major plights to undertake. The hotflashes and nightsweats were overbaring and embarrassing (even though I have been married 34 years) because of having to take a big cotton towel to bed with me, just to keep from soaking the bedding. HRT did nothing for me but resulted in dark blotches on my legs which makes it hard to wear shorter length dresses or pants. I became fustrated and began my journey to search for a better way.
