Born and partially raised in Southern California, when my father passed in 1969 I then went to live with my half sisters in Boulder, Colorado where I finished my schooling.

I have always been interested in business since a young age when I lived in Southern, California when my father encouraged me to start a local paper route in a section of our city and to cut friends of my fathers yards during the spring and summer.

After graduating high school and bouncing from one job to the next I moved to Aurora, Colorado where I started a janitorial company which started with (1) Albertsons Super Market and over the years grew to over 18 (with several small office buildings,bars etc) to keep me and aprox. 30 employees very busy. Watching the economy in Denver in the mid to late 80's begin to go soft, I sold off my company and once again began jumping from job to job not satisfied with anything that I was doing to make a living.
