Hi,

My name is Vickie, better known as LadyByrd (that's what my husband calls me). I'm currently residing in Southern Maryland, very nice area, also called GODS' COUNTRY. I'm 51 years (young), a wife, mother and soon to be a Grandma for the second time (about the end of this month/or early part of January). Since I don't have little ones at home (son is 31), I have two fur balls of fun, who think of me as their Mom, the oldest is Roxie (mixed shep. & lab) and the youngest is Bennie (now this one is mixed with 3 different runt breeds, shep., akita & husky, also he was blessed with 6 hind toes) my husband calls him the alien dog, but they are my proud and joy. I'm originally from NC, via DC to finally settle down here in So. MD, and my husband & I wouldn't have it any other way, we just love it here. Also, this is kinda heartfelt for me, I lost my Mom recently (Oct. 25, 2006), of whom, my husband & I was honored to have stay with us for about 3 1/2 years but she past in her sleep, in which I'm grateful for, because she didn't suffer/nor in pain, I can tell you this, I shed tears of many sources, one source is the physical bond we shared while she was with us but I will always have the spiritual bond forever until I see her again, also I shed tears of joy, knowing she will not have to go through the pain and restrains of illness any longer, I thank my GOD for that, cause I realize MY FATHER has brought one of HIS SWEET ANGELS home to be in HIS KINGDOM. I wish to thank you for allowing me to have an access to turn my attention to, by trying to do something worthwhile and giving me a direction to channel
