And special or just as crazy as your are? hehehe See I was in Russia could not feel my ears in that pic and hands were cold too put my hat and gloves on real fast after that pic! I think that was one of the coldest days was so cold your eyes watered. That was a huge Church behind me don't remember what it was called could not read the signs anyways evrything was in Russian. John Valachovic - (9/16/2006 3:16:57 PM) :	Cold argggggg yeah coldest it's been in 25 years when I showed up and Delta left my luggage in north carolina because the plane was to heavy to take off. So for four days I had to move real fast. It was -35c when I came out of the airport I questioned my sanity at that point!! But after 4 days my coat showed up and I got to see the sites I was there for 30 days I rented a flat in the middle of Saint Petersburg and spent my days walking around seeing the sites I learned allot. I went over there to visit a girl I ment on the internet and we talked for 6 months but she was nothing she said she was and we did not get along that well and after 5 days she said she was going to get her brother to shoot me.....So that kinda ended that! But I did meet a nice lady there I spent most of my time with. She was from Omsk and was visiting her brother in Saint Petersburg. And we went around to see the sights. She was a very nice person and after we went out a few times I noticed she always wore the same clothes so I asked her why she did that....it was all she had so I bought her a bunch of new clothes. She was not eatting very well either so I made sure she got lots to eat. I can't belive how people live there they don't make much money for working about $200 a month USD and the cost of living there was pretty high. And when people did not pay the rent they were put out on the street over 100 people a day were frezing to death. Most of their income gose to a place to stay out of the cold. I did my work every day at the internet cafe. It really changed the way I look at life. It was a balmy -20c when I left to come home I have no idea how cold it got at night but on the TV news in the morning I saw temps of-70c in places. I think a person could make allot of money there just growing vegetables lots of oppertunity there for buisness. People there have never been able to work for themselfs they always worked for somebody else. I guess things will all work out there it is a new way of life for everybody there. My parents were there in 1988 when it was still behind the iorn curtain lots has changed there. John
