There is a place for everything and everything has his place.I prefer not to seek quick personal relationships, but rather build relationships slowly. I function best in an environment relatively free of conflict or hostility.I may appear to others as hesitant rather than decisive, although i become decisive once all the facts are gathered and evaluated.I need time to consider all aspects of the idea before supporting it with time and talent cause generally do not act impulsively.Value quality relationships over quantity relationships.My strength is to bring stability, security and awareness of consequences to activities.I'm also a good listener, quiet and nonthreatening.In the begining i may appear hesitant in relationships with others, and not easily risking or extending trust.I also tend to set and maintain very high standards,good at making certain that even small details are taken care of,don't tend to get distracted by superficial issues,skilled at finding practical solutions to complicated situations.
