I worked principally with one of the largest (resources-wise) commercial bank in the Philippines. I wrote Dare & Live, a World War II story of guerrilla resistance against the Japanese Forces in the Philippines, because I had knowledge of the prevailing conditions in Negros Islands, Philippines during World War II. I encountered the Japanese Soldiers, the Guerrilla Soldiers of the Philippines and the liberation army Soldiers of the United States. I was priveleged to be a writer of a story, who was in the general vicinity of the area of combats during World War II in Negros Islands, Philippines.
